COG Research Foundation, LLC is seeking a Budget Manager to support the Industry Sponsored Trials portfolio. The role focuses on budgeting, bidding, and negotiation with industry partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with protocol scope and fiscal policy.

This position is fully remote and reports to the Associate Director IST. Candidates should have extensive experience in clinical trial budgeting, SOWs, and financial analysis within nonprofit settings.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and negotiating budgets for clinical trials.
• Ability to interpret protocols and negotiate scope/budgets with vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage bidding/proposal processes with vendors for industry-supported projects.
• Develop budgets and payment terms; obtain internal approvals.
• Negotiate budgets and schedules with industry partners before trial initiation.
• Produce budget justifications and fair market value assessments.
• Develop and negotiate SOWs aligning budgets with trial scope.
• Maintain IST budget trackers and documentation; ensure proper filing.
