Job summary

NeoDym Technologies is seeking a Budget Analyst to support APD and Expansion initiatives in Raleigh, NC with remote flexibility. You will monitor expenditures, reconcile spend to budgets, and prepare journal vouchers related to APD activities.

The role requires experience in budget analysis, financial reporting, and familiarity with federal funding structures. You will produce clear reports for leadership and manage multiple reporting requirements on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in budget analysis, financial reporting, or federal funds and grants management.
• Familiarity with federal financial participation, APD, or similar federally funded project structures.
• Ability to analyze spending by fund and phase and reconcile data.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial systems to produce clear leadership reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on APD expenditures, confirming alignment with approved budgets and federal requirements.
• Perform detailed fund analysis and reconcile actual spend to budget.
• Track spending by project phase and report on phase budget status and remaining balances.
• Prepare, review, and process journal vouchers related to APD and Expansion activities.
• Analyze Expansion rebates and pharmacy spend, reconcile rebates, and report on net cost trends.
