Job summary

NEW Solutions is seeking a Budget Analyst for the ERS program, with remote work option. The role requires at least 5 years in budget execution or a HS/GED, and proficiency with Excel, Windows, Word, and FMMI.

The analyst will prepare payments, purchase orders, and interagency agreements, perform reconciliations, and support the Budget Officer. This position supports federal program operations and requires compliance with agency guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in Budget execution. OR HS/GED Degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payments and documents such as FI, PO's, travel for processing and approval.
• Prepare agreements such as IAA's and G-invoicing for signature.
• Reconcile departments and funds for review and approval.
• Prepare other items as needed for Budget Officer approval.
