Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) seeks a Brokerage Intake Specialist (Call Taker) to join our remote team serving Oregon residents. The role focuses on answering phones, data entry, and coordinating ride requests within our Medical Brokerage Call Center.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a call center or medical office setting.
• Superior Customer Service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong and reliable internet connection.
• Flexible; able to multitask in time-sensitive situations.
• Handles highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Positive attitude – approach problems constructively.
• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to member inquiries.
• Perform data entry and clerical duties to support the Call Center.
• Process ride requests and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain records and reports related to rides.
• Handle mail and correspondence.
• Interview eligible clients to obtain information for ride requests.
• Route messages to appropriate programs.
