Job summary

Empower in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Brokerage Operations Representative to manage back-office brokerage and Self-Directed transactions, handling client requests and maintaining accurate account information.

You will review legal documents, collaborate with clearing firms and brokers, and contribute to a high-accuracy, compliant operation while enjoying a broad benefits package and a flexible, inclusive workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in brokerage services/operations.
• FINRA 7 registration required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client requests such as enrollments, distributions, transfers, and complex transactions.
• Manage Self-Directed Brokerage plan conversions and maintenance, including setup and research tasks.
• Update client accounts across multiple platforms to keep information current.
• Review legal documents for completeness before processing.
• Coordinate with clearing firms, brokers/traders, and stakeholders to clarify information and respond to inquiries.
