Job summary

Empower is seeking a licensed customer service professional to support retail clients in a flexible, remote-friendly environment. You will handle equity, ETF, fixed income trades and related account services while upholding regulatory requirements and delivering clear explanations.

Ideal candidates hold FINRA Series 7 and 63, have 2+ years in a high-volume inbound environment, and are passionate about helping clients navigate complex markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a high-volume inbound call center environment.
• Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required and FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to Empower's retail customers while explaining concepts clearly.
• Assist clients with trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Fund, Options and Fixed Income securities in an inbound call center setting.
• Manage a wide array of service requests including account openings, asset movement, trades, and maintenance on retail products.
• Deliver an efficient, responsive client experience by taking ownership and initiating proactive follow-up.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and regulatory requirements including Corporate Actions, Exchange Rules, Suitability, and Tax Implications.
• Uncover leads and opportunities to hand off to the Retirement Advisor Team and drive new business opportunities.
