eXp Realty is seeking a Broker Transaction Analyst (BTA) for a temporary, contract role in New Jersey. You will review contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements for client transactions using AI-enhanced workflows in our transaction management system.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in detailed contract review, strong real estate compliance knowledge, and excellent communication, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of detailed contract review experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate compliance, state/federal laws, MLS standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to make swift, informed decisions with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, addenda, notices, and agreements for transactions.
• Provide training on contracts and risk management to agents.
• Assist brokers in ensuring licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve transaction-related issues and respond promptly to agent requests.
• Support risk management initiatives and updates to operations manuals.
