Job summary

Turing’s Infrastructure Engineering team seeks a Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to own and improve multi-cloud production infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure). You will lead incident response, build scalable deployment automation, and ensure security and reliability across Kubernetes and networking.

You will collaborate with security and application teams, mentor engineers, and participate in a global on-call rotation, ensuring systems are trustworthy and cost-efficient.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with hands-on GCP ownership.
• IaC and CI/CD with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Cloud Deploy and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, VPCs, firewalls, load balancers, and security.
• Scripting/programm ing skills (Python, Go, Shell) with automation focus.
• Experience handling incidents, root-cause analysis, and durable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve production infra across GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Lead incident response and root-cause remediation; improve monitoring and cost efficiency.
• Build and support release pipelines and deployment automation; create Terraform modules.
• Run production Kubernetes/GKE, ensure security and observability.
• Design and troubleshoot cloud networking; partner on IAM, secrets, and security controls.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve logs, debugging, and performance; mentor engineers.
• Participate in global on-call rotation; own incidents end-to-end.
• Work across GCP, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and networking to own infra.
• Hands-on engineering to write automation and decisions.
• Global-team cadence with PT overlap and cross-time-zone collaboration.
