Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior technical leader to guide teams across network, connectivity, and security disciplines in a fully remote role based in Brazil. You will own the technology roadmap and drive automation, NetDevOps, and AIOps initiatives to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities include defining standards and governance, supporting capacity planning, and aligning capabilities with stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in technology, information systems, CS, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security, and ITIL principles.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams across network, connectivity, and security disciplines.
• Own the technology roadmap and drive adoption of automation, NetDevOps, and AIOps.
• Define and maintain technical standards, architectural frameworks, and governance practices.
• Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and client-facing teams to align capabilities and solutions.
