Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) and have strong English comprehension.
• Must be located in Brazil and dedicated to the Search Quality rating program only.
• Able to follow project conventions and client rules.
• Must sign NDA and pass client learning modules and quality tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist as junior coordinator for the Search Quality Rater project.
• Complete tasks in Portuguese (Brazil) and English (US).
• Analyze quality performance data and prepare basic reports.
• Provide feedback to raters and support training activities.
• Monitor queries and participate in stakeholder meetings as needed.
• Perform project-specific tasks to achieve OKRs.
