Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce engaging visuals for internal and external communications, across print and digital media, including motion graphics. You will work with a collaborative design team to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality designs that bring ideas to life.

You'll contribute to on-brand assets, templates, and campaigns while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a base location that supports hybrid working

Qualifications

• A print / digital creative background spanning 3 to 5 years.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Degree in Graphic design or motion design.
• At least two year's design experience as part of an in-house creative team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing.
• Understanding of paper stock and printing requirements.
• Photography editing.
• Retouching skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Creative Lead to ensure we meet the expectations of the business.
• To deliver on time and within budget all creative assets including direct mail, digital assets and customer communications.
• This could include large scale brand development projects and marketing campaigns to smaller scale customer facing and internal communications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Assist in the development of templates and creative assets for both internal and external use.
