Sia Experience is seeking a Brand Marketing Producer for a temporary contract to lead creative briefing and development for the Brand Direct Response program. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative quality and brand consistency across asset types, from live-action to creator-led content, translating growth strategy into actionable briefs.

The role requires 6+ years in brand marketing or related fields and management consulting experience.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative production, integrated marketing, or related disciplines.
• Management consulting experience required.
• Demonstrated experience developing creative briefs and managing creative development from concept through delivery.
• Experience partnering with internal creative teams and external agencies.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing, performance creative, and direct response marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with tight creative turnaround times.
• Experience supporting large-scale consumer technology brands preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Creative Development & Briefing: Develop briefs for Brand DR program including live-action productions, animated assets, creator-led content, and adaptations of existing creative.
• Translate US Growth Marketing strategy into actionable briefs.
• Lead briefing sessions with internal and external teams as the primary Brand Marketing contact.
• Creative Review & Quality Assurance: Review deliverables with Product Marketing and Creative Experience teams to ensure briefs alignment and brand quality.
• Provide actionable feedback to maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Support fast-paced review cycles and tight production timelines.
• Collaborate to contribute to the DR creative learning agenda and identify testing opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, and DR Marketing stakeholders.
• Maintain alignment across internal teams and external partners.
• Proactively communicate risks and quality concerns.
