New Belgium Brewing Company is seeking a creative leader to conceive and deliver content for social and digital platforms. You will drive the creative vision across digital communications, media and marketing programs while designing assets to support the brand portfolio.

You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to produce photography, video, design and stories, staying ahead of digital trends and defining best practices for .com, email and social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Communication Design or related field and 4+ years of creative direction experience.
• Experience liaising across teams to execute brand strategy and assets for digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce and execute content for social and digital platforms.
• Lead creative vision and execution for digital communications, media and marketing programs.
• Design and develop content to support and enhance the portfolio of brands.
• Lead brand strategy, photography and asset production for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to support brand initiatives.
• Analyze performance and optimize creative work per platform.
