Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium is seeking a senior creative content lead to conceptualize and execute across social and digital platforms. The role will guide the creative vision for brand communications, photography, video, and design assets to support New Belgium’s portfolio.

You will collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to produce content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email marketing, and websites, while analyzing performance and staying ahead of digital best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Marketing or Graphic Communication Design, or equivalent related experience.
• 4+ years of creative direction and execution experience.
• Experienced liaison with invention, imagination, and originality.
• Strong working knowledge with proficiency in design programs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously, and problem-solve proactively.
• Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction of the New Belgium brand strategy and be able to photograph and design the needed assets to bring the creative and strategic vision to life.
• Lead execution of the approved brand strategy across digital and social media.
• Fulfill asset needs across the larger brand portfolio and ensure requested assets ladder up to the New Belgium creative strategy. This includes partnering with internal teams to concept and produce content for all digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, website, email marketing, etc.
• Collaborate with brand partners, innovation team, internal and external content creators, distributors and sales team to coordinate support for brand initiatives.
• Perform analysis of creative work to understand best practices per platform, areas for improvement and exploration specific to each digital channel.
• Build social media content, including photography, video, design and stories; and produce media showcasing relevance within compatible consumer communities.
• Identify emerging trends in the digital space; and define .com, email and social media best practices.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
