Job summary

Douro Labs is seeking a hands-on brand designer to produce high-quality visuals across our digital channels, events, and products. You will shape how Douro Labs and Pyth present themselves to the world, collaborating with the Brand Design Lead and Product Design Lead in a remote, fast-paced setting.

You’ll split time roughly 75% brand and 25% product, with potential shift to full-time Brand Design Lead support as the team grows. Remote US-based, PST preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer.
• Proficient in Figma with a diverse digital/print portfolio.
• AI-forward mindset to integrate tools like Claude and Firefly.

Responsibilities

• Design social media assets, sales collateral, and web content.
• Create booth graphics and event materials for conferences and partnerships.
• Support product-side graphics and maintain visual consistency across brand and product surfaces.
• Develop templates and systems to streamline recurring work.
