Job summary

Douro Labs is seeking a hands-on Brand Designer to deliver high-quality visual work across digital channels, events, and products. You will collaborate with the Brand Design Lead to translate visual identities from web to print and event materials, while supporting product graphics in the short term.

Remote role (US-based preferred), full-time, reporting to Head of Design. You’ll work across brand, campaigns, and events as the team grows, contributing to Douro Labs’ expansion into traditional

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer.
• Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficient in Figma with a portfolio showing range across digital and print.
• AI-forward mindset; familiarity with Claude and Firefly as part of daily practice.
• Self-organizing, proactive, and able to manage workload and deadlines.
• Clear, warm communicator who takes direction well and contributes ideas.
• Crypto/DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design social media assets, collateral for sales and internal communications, and content for web.
• Support marketing initiatives around new product releases, exchange integrations, and major ecosystem events.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels.
• Adapt and resize assets across formats and platforms.
• Design promotional materials for conferences and events, including booth graphics and printed collateral.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver assets on time.
• Support the Product Design Lead on product-side graphics and visual assets.
