Job summary

Douro Labs, the core development team behind the Pyth Network, is seeking a production-focused Brand Designer. You will craft high-quality visuals across digital channels, events, and products, shaping how Douro Labs and Pyth present themselves while supporting the visual foundation for Pyth Pro.

Remote in the US (PST preferred), reporting to the Brand Design Lead. You will split time roughly 75% brand and 25% product, collaborating with global teams to maintain visual consistency and speed up

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer.
• Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color and composition.
• Proficient in Figma with a portfolio across digital and print.
• AI-forward mindset, integrating Claude and Firefly into daily practice.
• Self-organizing and proactive, able to manage workload and deadlines.
• Clear, warm communicator who speaks up with ideas.
• Resourceful experimenter who enjoys solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Design social media assets, collateral for sales and internal communications, and web content.
• Support marketing around new product releases, exchanges, and ecosystem events.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital channels and resize assets for formats.
• Create promotional materials for conferences/events, booth graphics, signage, and collateral.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to deliver assets on time.
• Support Product Design Lead on product-side graphics and maintain brand/product visual consistency.
