Job summary

You will work hands-on across portfolios, manage multiple projects, and guide external agencies when needed, ensuring brand integrity.

Take ownership of digital, video, and long-form campaigns while upholding established brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in design, advertising, or a related industry.
• Established portfolio of elevated design concepts across a range of creative mediums.
• Previous experience in digital, video, rich media, motion, photography art direction and related disciplines.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide applied expertise in design thinking and systems, refined typography, and elevated design execution.
• Be a strategic thinker and capable doer, managing multiple projects and workloads to tight timelines.
• Hands-on creative contributing to portfolios and service lines, with occasional oversight of external agency partners.
• Present and share best practices while defending brand consistency within established guidelines.
