You will define grading criteria, review both AI-generated and human-created work, and provide detailed, professional feedback on typography, layout, color, and brand effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leading independent branding agencies, with strong creative judgment and exceptional written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional brand/visual design experience.
• Experience at world-class independent branding/design agencies preferred.
• Strong expertise in brand disciplines: creative direction, identity, logo, web/UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Develop precise grading criteria for real-world brand/design deliverables.
• Evaluate AI-generated and human work against established criteria with detailed justification.
• Assess typography, composition, hierarchy, color, branding, and visual communication.
• Ensure feedback is evidence-based, reproducible, and clearly explained.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
