Job summary

Ascension Publishing Group, based in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Bookkeeper to support the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of its accounting operations.

You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping activities, working with the Accounting team to maintain records and assist monthly close. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years of related experience, familiarity with standard accounting principles, and experience with vendor records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with general accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
• Experience with vendor records, purchase orders, and expense processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices, employee reimbursements, and other payables.
• Process accounts receivable, customer invoices, and collections support.
