Sanders Fine Portraits is seeking a Booking Specialist to drive growth by turning warm leads into confirmed appointments. The role focuses on high-volume calls, objection handling, and selling the studio experience, all from a fully remote setup.

You will own the phone, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects toward scheduling and paying for the portrait session, contributing to a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone sales or appointment setting is preferred.
• Ability to handle high call volume with professionalism.
• Comfort discussing money and guiding clients to a booking.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve through feedback.

Responsibilities

• Owning the Phone: make high-volume outbound calls and respond quickly to inbound leads.
• Overcoming Objections: address timing, pricing, and commitment with persistence.
• Selling the Experience: convey value of the portrait experience and build rapport.
• Booking and Confirming Appointments: convert qualified leads into scheduled clients and collect bookings.
• Filling the Calendar: manage pipeline and follow-ups to maintain a strong schedule.
