Job summary

SLM Bookings is seeking motivated individuals to help plan and book dream vacations and business travel. You'll arrange travel for clients, determine preferences, and book flights, hotels, and activities with support from supplier networks including major brands.

No prior travel experience is required; full training is provided. This is a flexible opportunity suitable for part-time or full-time work, with a focus on customer service and commissions. 18+ and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings, and other events.
• Determine customers' needs and preferences (schedules, costs, payment plans).

• Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorizationforms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before orduring the trip.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
  
• Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required
  
• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
  
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
  

Your earning potential is only limited to your motivation. We have agents that earn $200 per booking to $12,000 for group bookings. Most vendors pay commission up to 16% of the booking fee. So if you are still vacationing and not cashing in on your own trips, that is money left on the table.
