Responsibilities

• Assemble facts, determine coverage, evaluate loss, and adjust the claim.
• Study policies and endorsements to understand coverage.
• Follow claim procedures and participate in negotiations and settlements.
• Deliver high level of customer service to agents and insureds.
• Conduct on-site investigations and work with mediations or trials.
• Maintain adjuster licenses as required by statute.
• Work with outside counsel as needed.
• Attend work schedule at approved location.
