Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Examiner - Bodily Injury to analyze and process complex auto and commercial transportation bodily injury claims. You will review coverage, investigate liability, and determine damages, working with clients, insureds, and vendors to ensure timely resolution.

The ideal candidate has five years of claims management experience, knowledge of auto policies, and strong communication skills. The role offers a telecommute option and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies and laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• State adjusting licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex bodily injury auto and commercial transport claims.
• Review coverage, investigate liability, and evaluate damages.
• Coordinate with vendors and independent adjusters for investigations.
• Report large claims to excess carriers and manage deadlines.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and manage salvage.
• Communicate case progress with insured, client, and broker.
• Support quality programs and perform other duties as assigned.
