Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Start part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the potential to move to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on performance and goals.

This remote, flexible position delivers high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, supported by a collaborative clinical team and structured supervision.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with TN LBA license required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy is preferred.
• Comfort with remote and hybrid work models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations
• Create and manage individualized behavior intervention plans
