Finni Health is seeking a Remote BCBA (Tennessee LBA) to provide ABA services for children with autism. This flexible, part-time or full-time role supports a remote clinical team and ensures high-quality care under HIPAA guidelines.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LBA license.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsabilités

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

with an active

Tennessee LBA

license to join our growing team. Part-time or Full-time hours available, Monday-Friday.This is a

remote, flexible position

where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health

Skills:

• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 – 40 per week
