KB Behavioral Health, powered by Finni Health, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license for a remote role. Part-time or full-time options are available, with Monday–Friday scheduling.

You will deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, supported by a collaborative clinical team, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

TN LBA license in good standing.
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
Remote ABA service delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for autism and developmental disabilities.
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

About the Role:

KB Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Part-time or Full-time hours available, Monday-Friday.

This is a remote, flexible position where you'll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health

Skills:

Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
