Responsibilities

• Perform current-state assessment of BO4.2 and Crystal Reports 2016 environments.
• Plan migration path to BO4.3, Crystal Reports 2020, and BO 2025.
• Develop staged migration plans with rollback strategies.
• Validate compatibility across databases, apps, and authentication services.
• Coordinate testing, production cutover, and post-implementation support.
