The role focuses on assessing the current SAP BO 4.2 and Crystal Reports 2016 environment, planning phased migrations, and coordinating upgrades across BO 4.3, Crystal Reports 2020, and BO 2025 with Windows Server 2022. Qualifications

Strong SAP BusinessObjects platform experience.
Windows Server expertise and enterprise environment familiarity.
Experience modernizing systems with legacy reports, apps, integrations.

Responsibilities

Inventory existing BO 4.2 and Crystal Reports 2016 environment including servers, repositories and integrations.
Assess patch levels, licensing, configuration, architecture and supporting infra.
Identify connections to databases, AD, email, web servers, and other enterprise systems.
Document unsupported components, technical debt, and migration risks.
Develop a phased migration plan with rollback strategies for each phase.
Create a detailed plan for migrating repositories, universes, reports, security settings and integrations.
