Job summary

Omeros Corporation is seeking a Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator for the Southeast Region. The Nurse Educator serves as a field-based clinical education resource for YARTEMLEA (narsoplimab) within an assigned territory.

This role engages transplant physicians, hematologists/oncologists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, transplant coordinators, and other healthcare professionals involved in TA-TMA management.

Qualifications

• RN/APRN licensure active or previously active
• 5+ years in clinical practice, education, or biopharmaceuticals
• Ability to develop rapport with healthcare professionals
• Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills
• Experience with hematology/oncology or HSCT is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides education on TA-TMA pathophysiology, risk factors and management
• Supports multidisciplinary education for timely TA-TMA recognition
• Educates on YARTEMLEA labeling, indication, dosing and safety
• Helps integrate YARTEMLEA into patient-care pathways
• Educates nursing and pharmacy teams on treatment preparation and monitoring
• Builds relationships with transplant centers and stakeholders
• Identifies educational gaps and communicates insights to leadership
• Collaborates with Sales while maintaining role boundaries
• Follows Omeros policies and regulatory requirements
