Job summary

Omeros Corporation seeks a Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator for the West Region to provide field-based clinical education on TA-TMA and YARTEMLEA to transplant centers and hematology/oncology teams. The role requires travel to meetings and sites within the territory, with remote work within the assigned region.

You will build relationships with clinical stakeholders, identify educational gaps, and partner with Sales and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant, patient-centered education

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or equivalent with active RN/APRN licensure
• 5+ years in clinical practice or related fields
• Experience with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or hematology/oncology preferred
• Ability to communicate to diverse healthcare audiences
• Strong ethics and patient-centered decision making
• Experience with major transplant centers and key opinion leaders preferred
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Educate on TA-TMA pathophysiology, risk factors, clinical presentation, and management.
• Support multidisciplinary education for timely TA-TMA recognition and evaluation.
• Educate on YARTEMLEA labeling, indication, mechanism, administration, dosing, safety, monitoring.
• Assist institutions in integrating YARTEMLEA into patient-care pathways.
• Educate nursing and pharmacy teams on treatment preparation, administration, and monitoring.
• Build relationships with clinical stakeholders at transplant centers.
• Understand patient journey to support HCPs and inform internal teams.
• Identify educational gaps and barriers across centers.
• Share insights across centers with internal leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales within territory while maintaining role boundaries.
• Partner with Medical Affairs for scientific exchanges outside scope.
• Conduct activities in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
