Job summary

Omeros Corporation is seeking a Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator for the Central Region. This field-based role educates healthcare teams on TA-TMA and narsoplimab (YARTEMLEA), supporting transplant centers and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient pathways.

You will travel regionally to meetings, partner with Medical Affairs, and collaborate with Sales while ensuring compliance and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or equivalent clinical qualification.
• Active RN/APRN licensure with direct patient care experience.
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare or education experience.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provides education on TA-TMA pathophysiology, risk factors, presentation, and management.
• Supports multidisciplinary education for timely recognition and evaluation of TA-TMA.
• Educates on YARTEMLEA labeling, indication, dosing, safety, and monitoring.
• Assists with institutional integration of YARTEMLEA into care pathways.
• Educates nursing and pharmacy teams on treatment preparation, administration, and monitoring.
• Builds relationships with clinical stakeholders at transplant centers.
• Maintains understanding of patient journey to support HCPs and internal stakeholders.
• Identifies gaps and barriers in TA-TMA recognition and management.
• Gathers insights across centers and communicates trends to leadership.
• Collaborates with Sales while maintaining Nurse Educator boundaries.
• Partners with Medical Affairs for scientific questions outside the scope.
