Job summary

Omeros Corporation is seeking a Blood & Marrow Transplant Nurse Educator to serve as a field-based education resource for YARTEMLEA across the Southeast Region. You will engage multidisciplinary teams including transplant physicians, hematologists, nurses, pharmacists, and coordinators to optimize TA-TMA recognition and management.

The role requires an RN license with advanced clinical training preferred, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel to meetings and sites.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with direct patient care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide TA-TMA education on pathophysiology, risk factors, presentation, diagnostics and management.
• Support multidisciplinary education for timely TA-TMA recognition and evaluation.
• Educate on YARTEMLEA (narsoplimab): indication, MOA, dosing, safety, monitoring.
• Help institutions integrate YARTEMLEA into patient-care pathways.
• Educate nursing and pharmacy teams on treatment preparation and monitoring.
• Build relationships with transplant centers and key opinion leaders.
• Understand patient journey to support HCPs and inform leadership.
• Identify educational gaps and barriers across centers.
• Collaborate with Sales colleagues while maintaining Nurse Educator boundaries.
• Partner with Medical Affairs for scientific discussions within scope.
