Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Lead/PM for a 3+ year pharma capital project in the Richmond, VA area. The role will start remotely and transition to onsite as the facility becomes operational.

You will lead BMS design, vendor coordination, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with master specifications and project requirements while managing scope, schedule, and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Pharma Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience with large pharma projects and programs.
• Ability to operate in a high-profile, complex greenfield project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for meeting program scope, schedule, and cost.
• Ensure BMS delivered per master specs, standards, and project requirements.
• Supervise design and configuration of building control systems.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables (flow diagrams, sequences, BOMs, network layouts, schematics).
• Lead BMS efforts from Instrument & Controls perspective.
• Review and approve vendor deliverables (AF&IDs, H series drawings, specs).
• Support commissioning and qualification of the system.
• Assist in facility start-up and troubleshoot with contractors.
