Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to be the BMS/EPMS SME on the Innovation and Engineering team. You will support design and execution across STACK projects, collaborating with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, design teams, and vendors to establish controls requirements and governance.

You will review drawings, evaluate submittals, and coordinate between disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in controls, MEP design, construction, commissioning, or related field.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.
• Experience working with design engineers, GC, controls contractors, equipment vendors, and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawing packages prepared by Engineers of Record and ensure controls alignment.
• Coordinate requirements between design teams, construction teams, controls contractors, and equipment vendors.
• Assist with commissioning activities to ensure installed controls match design and project requirements.
• Translate customer specifications into executable project documentation for stakeholders.
