Piper Companies is seeking a BMS Engineer to design, develop, and implement Building Management System solutions within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. The role focuses on facility automation, HVAC control, and critical utilities while ensuring GMP compliance.

This long-term contract allows remote work with travel requirements. Responsibilities include developing SOOs for HVAC/mechanical systems, configuring Metasys and Rockwell platforms, and supporting commissioning, validation, and

Qualifications

5+ years in BMS/BAS or automation engineering.
Hands-on Metasys experience including configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley platforms.
Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

Design and implement BMS control systems in pharma/GMP settings.
Develop SOOs for HVAC and mechanical systems.
Create points lists, control narratives, and functional specs.
Support commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup activities for BMS equipment.
Configure and optimize Metasys and Rockwell systems.
Provide technical support for AHUs, FCUs, and HVAC systems.
Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, Validation and Operations to meet performance and compliance.
