Piper Companies is seeking a BMS Engineer to design, develop, and implement Building Management System solutions for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Allentown, PA. The role emphasizes automation, HVAC controls, and building systems using Johnson Controls and Rockwell Automation platforms.

You will collaborate with engineering, facilities, validation, and operations teams to ensure system performance, commissioning, and documentation, with a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Experience designing and supporting BMS/BAS in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems (AHUs/FCUs).
• Experience developing and reviewing Sequences of Operation (SOOs).
• Hands-on experience with Johnson Controls and Rockwell platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and support BMS solutions for pharmaceutical facilities.
• Develop, review, and maintain Sequences of Operation (SOOs) for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Support the implementation and optimization of Johnson Controls and Rockwell Automation control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities, validation, and operations teams to ensure system performance and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building automation, HVAC controls, and facility systems.
• Support commissioning, qualification, testing, and system startup activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, control narratives, and operating procedures.
• Ensure control strategies align with industry regulations and site operational requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for AHUs, FCUs, and other critical HVAC systems.
