Qualifications

• Two to five of relevant experience in Community or Field Organizing, Political Science and/or Community Engagement work.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by hiring decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in identifying tabling, volunteer recruitment, public speaking, and other visibility opportunities.
• Directs activities of supporters and volunteers, volunteer engagement, and activities supporting awareness and advocacy campaigns.
• Recruit, develop, and mobilize volunteers for sexual and reproductive health advocacy.
• Build relationships with partner organizations to contribute to an inclusive advocacy community.
• Collaborate with national and state teams to engage and grow Black supporters and build power for reproductive health.
