Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a data-driven BizOps professional to join the central BizOps & Analytics team, embedded in a core business area such as growth, product, AI and automation, or partnerships. You will define problems, build dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions end-to-end.

You will own analytics, surface insights, and influence leadership-level decisions to scale from 5M to 50M customers, guiding go-to-market and product strategies with rigor and ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and the decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights.
