Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for a BizOps & Analytics role embedded within one of our core business areas (growth, product, AI and automation). You will own the analytical function end-to-end, from problem framing to delivering data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions.

You will pull and structure data, build dashboards, run analyses, and partner with product, growth, and operations to drive measurable outcomes. This is a remote-first, Chicago-area role with high-impact scope.

Qualifications

• First principles thinker; break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
• Direct communicator with ability to explain complex findings clearly and concisely.
• Owner mindset; take responsibility and drive outcomes across swim lanes.
• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems and framing for analyses; challenge flawed questions.
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights.
• Drive outcomes by presenting recommendations to product, growth, finance and ops teams.
