Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a BizOps & Analytics professional to sit on the central team and partner with growth, product, AI, and partnerships. You will own the analytic function end-to-end for a core business unit, from defining problems to delivering data-driven recommendations.

You will build metrics, reports, experiments, and insights; communicate findings to leadership; and drive decisions that move key metrics.

Qualifications

• First principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
• Direct communicator who can walk stakeholders through complex findings and gain buy-in.
• Ownership mindset: act like your name is on the door and fix what is broken end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL or Python.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and what decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights.
