Job summary

Jerry.ai is building a unified AI-powered platform to manage all physical assets, starting with car insurance. We seek a data-focused analyst who can own analytics end-to-end within a core business unit, driving growth, product, AI, and partnerships with rigorous data-driven decisions.

You will work on growth, product, and automation initiatives, partnering with leadership to move metrics and business goals from 5M to 50M customers and beyond.

Qualifications

• First principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
• Direct communicator able to explain complex findings to stakeholders.
• Owner mindset, taking responsibility for end-to-end outcomes.
• 4+ years at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems before analysis and push back on flawed questions.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and surface actionable data insights.
• Drive recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and follow through.
