Job summary

CAI is seeking a Business Operations Intern to support business development, marketing, research, and strategic planning across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze opportunities and assist in growth initiatives during a 9-week full-time internship. Dates are June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring a 40-hour work week within the United States.

Sponsorship is not offered. Core hours are 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Technology, Communications, or a related field
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Support teams with business development initiatives
• Assist with developing marketing campaigns and social media content
• Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis
• Assist with proposal development and strategic planning
• Attend weekly meetings with CAI teams
