Job summary

CAI is seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to assist in developing technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. This paid full-time internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 and is remote within the United States.

The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with core hours 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST, and does not offer sponsorship. You will work with sales and technical teams to craft compelling narratives and proposals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical-focused major with a minor in English, Journalism, or related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong writing and communication skills; interest in developing technical narratives.
• Business-focused mindset with understanding of technical concepts; interest in sales solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information for proposal creation.
• Support the creation of compelling technical narratives that communicate value of our solutions.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposal strategies.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining proposal materials and documentation.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.
