You’ll contact potential locations via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, tracking responses in a CRM. The ideal candidate enjoys research, follow-up, and organized outreach within a growing pet-health startup.

Responsibilities

• Research potential host locations for weekend pop-up vaccine clinics.
• Build lead lists of cities, parks, pet-related businesses, community centers, shelters, nonprofit organizations, local businesses, and other possible clinic locations.
• Use AI tools to support research, lead generation, outreach drafts, and follow-up organization.
• Contact potential host locations by email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
• Track outreach activity, responses, and next steps in a CRM or AI.
• Help identify strong clinic location opportunities based on parking, accessibility, neighborhood demand, pet owner traffic, and local community fit.
• Schedule calls or meetings with potential location partners.
• Communicate clearly with the team about promising locations, objections, and next steps
