Enveda is a clinical-stage, AI-enabled biotech redefining how medicines are discovered from nature. The PSO leaders act as strategic and operational copilots for asset teams, shaping strategy and accelerating execution to bring first-in-class medicines to patients.

This remote, full-time role reports to the Asset Entrepreneur and focuses on turning complexity into actionable strategy, dashboards, and data-driven decisions that speed development and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio or asset strategy, or operations.
• fluency with AI as a workflow multiplier.
• Strong communication to synthesize cross-disciplinary information.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thought partner to Asset Entrepreneur and model program inflection points.
• Own program execution end-to-end and coordinate across functions and CROs.
• Translate complex inputs into clear, data-driven options for Board and execs.
• Maintain rigorous documentation, dashboards, and trackers for alignment.
