Job summary

Enveda is seeking a strategic program leader to drive asset development from IND through commercial strategy. You will act as a thought partner to the Asset Entrepreneur, translating complexity into clear narratives for the Board and C-suite.

You will oversee end-to-end program execution, manage cross-functional teams across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial functions, and engage external partners to accelerate assets in a dynamic, AI-enabled biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio strategy, or consulting.
• Fluency with AI as a multiplier of human judgment and creativity.
• Emotionally intelligent, humble, and analytically rigorous with a founder mentality.

Responsibilities

• Drive longitudinal asset development from IND-enabling studies through commercial strategy.
• Manage cross-functional operations with clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial experts.
