We seek a Program Strategy & Operations leader to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Asset Entrepreneur, owning end-to-end program execution and shaping the narrative for the Board and executives.

You will connect science, clinical, regulatory, and commercial inputs into sharp strategic options, maintaining disciplined documentation and dashboards for asynchronous

Qualifications

• Experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio or asset strategy, or operations.
• Fluent with AI as a multiplier of judgment and creativity.
• Crisp communicator able to synthesize across disciplines with concise slides/memos.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and resolve gaps without regard to title.
• Thrives in ambiguity, balancing strategic vision and tactical execution.
• Emotionally intelligent, collaborative leader.
• Curious, analytical, optimistic, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Longitudinal asset development from IND-enabling studies through commercial strategy.
• Full cross-functional operations with clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial experts.
• External engagement managing vendors, advisors, and strategic partners.
• Board and investor engagement embedded in BD processes.
• Scientific storytelling crafting narratives for molecules for patients, clinicians, investors.
• Company building and culture creation, writing playbooks for future programs.
