Responsibilities

• Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve KPIs.
• Promote client products via outbound calls to HCP targets.
• Provide product information and answer questions during conversations.
• Maintain CRM data entry and update target responses and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain professional communication.
