Job summary

Amplity, a full-service partner for biopharma, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to engage Health Care Professionals by phone, promote products, and achieve sales goals. The ISR will collaborate with Client teams, maintain product knowledge, and manage CRM data to drive territory success.

The role offers base salary with bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and holidays, in a remote environment with multi-time zone coverage. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 2+ years of previous sales experience or relevant professional experience with proven record of success.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales.
• Promote Client's product(s) via the telephone (outbound and/or inbound calls) by engaging assigned HCP targets to attain goals.
• Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals.
• Maintain call productivity and CRM data entry as required by program.
